Rules of the School

 Be punctual, report to school and class on time.
 All the students should be present for Morning Assembly
 It is compulsory to bring the school issued ID card to school every day.
 The School uniform is compulsory on all school days. It is the duty of the parents to see that the student comes to school neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform.
 Misbehaviour inside the school premises may lead to disciplinary action against the concerned student. Objectionable behaviour, use of abusive language, discourtesy and disrespect to the teachers, disobedience and irregular attendance will also lead to strict disciplinary action.

 Parents need to apply for leave of absence for their child from the school for urgent private matters. Permission to leave school early may be granted for special cases.
 If a student is absent during any test/assessment/examination, be it forany reason; no re-test, re-assessment or re-examination is allowed.
 Parents/guardians of the students will be informed over the telephonein case of serious illness or accident.
 School takes all necessary steps to prevent such happenings. It howeverdoes not accept responsibility, legal or otherwise of accident or illness.
 No oral exemptions will be accepted. All exemptions must be obtainedin writing and submitted and recorded with the concerned official.
 Official communication with Parent shall be done through

 In case there is any change in the Parent Communication addressmobile number or contact numbers – it shall be the responsibility of theParent to inform the Office.

For Students:

1. Adhere strictly to the rules and give due respect to teachers and other school authorities.
2. Maintain regularity, punctuality and orderliness in all schoolwork.
3. Bring your notebooks, stationery and textbooks according to the timetable with a minimum load on the school bag.
4. Attend school regularly. A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to appear for exams.
6. Wear the prescribed school uniform on all school days
7. Complete all work assigned by the school.
8.Respect the property and equipment of the school and others.
9.In order to acquire competency in spoken English, all students must converse in English while they are in school.
10.The school strictly prohibits the following-
    • Cash/Money
    • Mobile phones
    • Bursting of crackers
    • Any material containing tobacco/ anti-social activity.
    • Foul language for anybody inside or outside the school.
    • Stylish and coloured hairstyles
    • Palms/ Nails designed and decoratedbangles, rings, bracelets, tattoos etc.
    • Valuable watches, jewellery items, video games.
    • Sharp and injury causing articles such as knife, scissors, paper cutters etc.

For Parents:

 Be punctual, report to school and class on time.
 Parents/Guardians are not allowed to enter the classrooms. They can meet the teachers only after obtaining permission from the Principal.
 Parents are requested not to send sweets, toffees or any other eatables to celebrate their ward’s birthday. It will be a good gesture to contribute one book to the school library or a sapling.
 Any urgent message may be communicated at the school reception telephonically. Phone calls from parents for any teacher or student during the school hours will not be entertained.
 Parents who make independent transport arrangements for their ward by hiring private vehicles will be fully responsible for the same. They must ensure that proper verification of drivers is done, and all safety measures are taken to avoid any untoward incident.
 Please do not send your child to school if he/she is feeling unwell. A proper application or Medical Leave must be submitted in writing by the parents.
 Parents should attend all Parent-teacher meet, for the betterment of the child.
 Parents are requested to visit the school website regularly for updates (especially for non-scheduled holidays)
 In case of any separation or legal family disputes that has to be brought into the knowledge of the school, then it should be informed in writing and a copy of proper documents.
