a) This institution is private and does not receive any grant from the government. With the rise in the price index there is an increase in salaries and expenses, hence the institution is forced to raise the fees time to time as and when required and thus the parents have to pay the fees as declared by this institution without any dispute
b) All fees must be paid regularly in advance not later than the 15th of each quarter or even yearly. Ensure that your child’s fee is paid regularly and on time.
c) A penalty of Rs. 250/- will be charged for late fee per quarter.
The student may be dismissed from the school for:
d) Small children should not be entrusted with payment of fees.
e) Fees once paid in the school office will not be refunded under any circumstances.
f)All Payments shall be accepted in Cheque / Demand Draft only.
Admission will not be considered until the Original Birth Certificate is submitted.
Parents who wish to withdraw their child/children during the academic session (April to March) should take into consideration the following points:
1. If you wish to withdraw admission in First Term (April -September) or in Second term (October -March),you will be entitled to pay school fees for the following three months from the date of application for school leaving certificate.
2. If you wish to withdraw your child/ward at the end of the academic session you will have to give an advance written notice on or before 28th February of the calendar. In such case fee will be charged only up to March.
The student may be dismissed from the school for:
Non-payment of school dues, using unfair means in any examination, consistent unsatisfactory progress, immorality, grave insubordination, stealing or extortion of money / items from other students, contempt of authority, exceeding bounds, damaging school property, misbehaviour with students and staff, misbehaviour of student as well as parent with school staff and authorities, any word of action likely to undermine the reputation of the institution, bullying, assaulting and ragging in any form.
a) Refinement of manners, habits of obedience and order, neatness in person and dress and punctuality are required at all times.
b) Regular attendance is an important element for successful work. A written application for leave must be submitted. Incase of sickness or other unforeseen circumstances, the student on returning to school must have the reason of absence certified by his parent or guardian.
c) The school cannot make itself responsible for books, money, clothes or other articles that are lost. The pupils must look after their own things. It is not advisable for pupils to have money or valuable articles (ornaments) with them.
d) Pupils are forbidden to give present to their teachers individually or collectively.
d) Private tuition is discouraged and hence should be resorted to only as last measure and after consulting the School Authority.
e) A child repeating a standard for the third time will be issued the school leaving certificate.
g) Irregular attendance at school, habitual laziness, disobedience, dishonesty or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school, are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a pupil.
